1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days post activation.
• In special cases where longer energization rituals are required, we will notify the buyer.

2. Delivery Time

• Domestic (India): 5–8 working days via DTDC Plus.
• International: 7–15 working days via Aramex or FedEx

3. Tracking

•  Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp or email. 

4. Delays

• Delivery delays due to weather, customs, or courier strikes are beyond our control.
• We are not liable for compensation in such cases.

5. Address Accuracy

• You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and reachable delivery address.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
• Re-delivery charges will apply.

6. International Customers

• You are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or any local clearance charges in your country.
• We do not mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue packages for customs.
