Return And Refund Policy

Due to the sacred, personalized, and energy-sensitive nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy.

1. Products: Rudraksha, Gemstones, Crystals

  • Each item is custom energy-tested, cleansed, and activated specifically for the individual.
  • These spiritual items cannot be reused or resold once energized.
  • Hence, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances once the product is shipped.


2. Damaged or Defective Product

We take utmost care in packaging. However, in the rare event of transit damage:

  • You must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • No claims will be entertained without unboxing proof.
  • If verified, we will send a one-time replacement of the same item. No refunds.


3. Energy Consultations

  • Consultations (via WhatsApp, call, or video) are personalized services and therefore non-refundable once booked.
  • You may request a reschedule only if done 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed or delayed sessions will not be refunded.
     

4. Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind, disbelief, or subjective dissatisfaction.
  • We encourage customers to book a consultation before purchasing to ensure clarity.
     

5. Dispute Handling

  • Refund claims made via payment gateways or banks after delivery or completion of service will be denied based on this strict policy.
  • All disputes must be emailed to chaltetaare@gmail.com and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
